Refund policy

At Georgia Rose Label we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we want to ensure that your experience shopping with us is smooth.  

We hope that you will love your purchase; however, we understand that at times returns and exchanges are necessary.  

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, and then another 14 days to ship your item back to us. If a request for return is past the refundable date, Georgia Rose Label has the right to deny refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, undamaged and with tags. You will also need proof of purchase.

Bodysuits are final sale, and are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange for hygienic reasons.

Georgia Rose Label has the right to deny refund if the item is not in its original condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@georgiaroselabel.com If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package, as well as a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If an item is not returned to us, Georgia Rose Label will not issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (as per the above instructions), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

There are NO exchanges on Barre Teja Collection.  All sales re final as product is Made to Order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There are NO refunds on Barre Teja Collections.  All sales are final as product is Made to Order.
